Don't exit if include dirs don't exist (lestrrat)
Add cc_assert_lib() as an interface to Devel::CheckLib (lestrrat)
Add want_xs() (lestrrat)
Separate out detection of "-" and stuff to cc_libs(), and let cc_append_to_lib()s just be a simple function (lestrrat)

To install Module::Install::XSUtil, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Module::Install::XSUtil

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Module::Install::XSUtil
