Changes for version 0.03 - 2008-07-16

RT #36557: Nasty segfault on minifying comment-only css input. Turned out to be *any* input that minified to "nothing" caused the segfault, and only in certain Perl versions.

XS based CSS minifier

To install CSS::Minifier::XS, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CSS::Minifier::XS

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CSS::Minifier::XS
