ENHANCEMENTS
- Remove pg_enable_utf8 parameter which isn't necessary any more with DBD::Pg version 3.0.0 and higher (see https://metacpan.org/pod/DBD::Pg#pg_enable_utf8-integer). Peter Mottram
- Remove build dependency on Class::Load (Peter Mottram).
- Add useful Message resultset methods: approved, public, with_author, with_children (Peter Mottram).
- Add NavigationMessage result class (Peter Mottram).
TESTING
- Add Perl version 5.24 to Travis configuration (Stefan Hornburg/Racke).
