Changes for version 0.23 - 2014-11-15

add touch and touch_multi commands, speedup for the case when application threads have per-thread Perl interpreters (multithreaded Apache, etc.).
Changes since 0.22:
Alexandr Evstigneev (hurricup@gmail.com) provided patches that make querying per-thread Perl state more efficient, and also fix compilation warnings on Win64.
neguse (negcee@gmail.com) provided patches that implement "touch" and "touch_multi" commands that appeared in memcached 1.4.8.

To install Cache::Memcached::Fast, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Cache::Memcached::Fast

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Cache::Memcached::Fast
