Changes for version 0.057 - 2018-01-10

Code refactoring.
Option "choose_columns" now is yes or no.
Passing a reference to an empty array causes a "Emty table" message instead croaking.
Bugfix option "table-expand".

Print a table to the terminal and browse it interactively.

To install Term::TablePrint, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Term::TablePrint

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Term::TablePrint
