Fixed a MAJOR memory leak. Basically CLEAR (%cached = ()) leaked the entire cache.
Caches with a max_size of 1 or 0 weren't working properly.

A Least-Recently Used cache

To install Tie::Cache::LRU, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Tie::Cache::LRU

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Tie::Cache::LRU
