Changes for version 0.08 - 2017-03-06

Changed the MetaCPAN source to use _source filtering rather than fields, as a recent change to MetaCPAN::Client stopped the old code from working. gh#1 reported by Paul Johnson.
Skip releases that don't have a download_url specified. This shouldn't really happen, but we're currently getting a few of these. Have reported as a bug in MetaCPAN API.

find latest release(s) of all dists on CPAN, including dev releases

get latest release info from MetaCPAN

in lib/CPAN/Releases/Latest/DistributionIterator.pm

in lib/CPAN/Releases/Latest/Release.pm

in lib/CPAN/Releases/Latest/ReleaseIterator.pm

To install CPAN::Releases::Latest, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CPAN::Releases::Latest

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CPAN::Releases::Latest
