Changes for version 2.21 - 2016-03-01

  • Use Test::RequiresInternet to skip tests if you don't have an internet connection and ability to connect to dict.org's DICT server. This is a holding position until I can add a mock DICT server. Added a basic require test, so there's always at least one test that should pass.
