Parse/validate Mandiri account number.
Upon success/valid number, return status 200 with hash containing parsed information. Upon invalid number, return 400. Parsed information contains these keys:
account (13-digits)
account
account_f (canonically-formatted account number, e.g. 120.0007799880)
account_f
account* => str
List of valid 3-digit branch codes is not yet available/checked.
Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) has a different numbering scheme (10 digits).
Accounts with codes starting with 900 are created using RAOS (remote account operating system), so the actual branch is not immediately evident. You'll need to ask Mandiri for this. (Ref: http://www.kaskus.co.id/thread/51bf2bb48027cf1d34000000/cara-cek-lokasi-rekening-bank-mandiri)
