Changes for version 0.04 - 2017-08-07

Update documentation to reflect that we are now using Test2::API instead of Test::Builder (although still works with Test::Builder, so long as you have upgraded to Test2::API).

Append to TAP output

To install Log::Log4perl::Appender::TAP, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Log::Log4perl::Appender::TAP

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Log::Log4perl::Appender::TAP
