switching from IO::TieCombine to stacked Capture::Tiny in MooX::Cmd::Tester to avoid breaking commands in test (only) when relying on fileno of STD{OUT,ERR}

To install MooX::Cmd, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm MooX::Cmd

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install MooX::Cmd
