WWW::Mechanize::Script::Plugin::ResponseTimeTest - check response time of request

Returns qw(min_elapsed_time max_elapsed_time)
Proves whether min_elapsed_time is greater than client_elapsed_time (and accumulate min_elapsed_time_code into $code when true) or max_elapsed_time is lower than client_elapsed_time (and accumulate max_elapsed_time_code into $code when true).
client_elapsed_time
Return the accumulated $code and appropriate constructed message, if any coparisation failed.
