Dist-Man

Changes for version 0.0.2 - 2009-09-02

Got the tests to pass everywhere - some of them required Module::Starter, which wasn't available everywhere.
Grepped for remnant strings of Module-Starter in the lib/*.pm POD and replaced them with Dist::Man sections.

To install Dist::Man, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
