Changes for version v0.0.8 - 2014-01-02

Fix the double =encoding directive in the POD. It confused MetaCPAN:
- https://github.com/CPAN-API/metacpan-web/issues/1051#issuecomment-33903716
- Fixed by replacing "-Encoding" in weaver.ini to "-SingleEncoding"
- Thanks to ether on #dist-zilla

a vered by any other name will translate as sweet.

To install XML::Grammar::Vered, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm XML::Grammar::Vered

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install XML::Grammar::Vered
