desupercite - a program for stripping superciting and other irregular email quoting from text
desupercite <file> [harsh]
Pass in a filename and the file will be read, stripped and then printed on STDOUT.
Passing in an optional true value (i.e '1') as a second argument will also strip out any other irregular quoting turning
| Somename> some quoted text Some unquoted text
into
> > some quoted text Some unquoted text
