SYNOPSIS

    use Const::Common (

    use MyApp::Const;
    print BAR; # BAZ
    print HASH->{HOGE}; # hoge;
    HASH->{HOGE} = 10;  # ERROR!

DESCRIPTION

Const::Common is a module to define common constants in your project.
