Changes for version 1.12 - 2018-01-12

Updated leap-seconds.list even though no new leap-second has been announced.
Changed formatting options slightly for bin/tai. Now: --iso --iso-ish --strict --rfc3339

tai

print the current TAI time.

download the IETF leapseconds file.

High resolution UNIX epoch time without leapseconds

To install Time::TAI::Simple, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Time::TAI::Simple

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Time::TAI::Simple
