SYNOPSIS

    $is_available = $plugin->available($dist);
    $success = $plugin->pre_prepare($dist);

DESCRIPTION

Fix the libpcap detection. Reported as bug #73335 at http://rt.cpan.org/.

Patch Makefile.PL if necessary.
