Changes for version 0.062_01 - 2014-04-26

Add pass variant PASS_VARIANT_BRIGHTEST. If this is set, an event representing the time the satellite is brightest will be added to the pass. This is ignored if the calculation can not be made (e.g. if 'visible' is false, or 'intrinsic_magnitude' is undefined). Clarify Astro::Coord::ECI::Moon phase() docs. Eliminate uses of each() built-in.
