Changes for version 0.083_01 - 2017-10-04

  • Add support for decayed Iridium satellites:
  • Carry them in canned status table
  • Have can_flare( 'all' ) return true regardless of satellite status.
  • All this was triggered by Kelso's recognition that Iridium 77 had decayed.
