Changes for version 0.11 - 2010-10-09

  • add TEST_NGINX_BUILDSLAVE and --- skip_slave.
  • implemented the TEST_NGINX_IGNORE_MISSING_DIRECTIVES which can force test cases to skip when the directive is not found in the current nginx.
  • added support for env TEST_NGINX_TIMEOUT.
  • implemented TEST_NGINX_XXX env expansion in --- config and --- http_config sections.
