Detects the minimum version of Perl required for your dist

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::MinimumPerl, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::MinimumPerl

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::MinimumPerl
