Added support in branch name regex for project_prefixes defined in the main section of the config file (GH-2).

Require branch names to match a given pattern before they can be pushed to the origin.

To install App::GitHooks::Plugin::ForceBranchNamePattern, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm App::GitHooks::Plugin::ForceBranchNamePattern

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install App::GitHooks::Plugin::ForceBranchNamePattern
