Add the no_Authority option which can be used to disable the "Authority" module.
Stop whining if github is used as a bugtracker, I'm not a child.

Use Dist::Zilla like AVAR does

To install Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::AVAR, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::AVAR

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::AVAR
