Don't load NoWarnings in basic tests when Perl 5.10.0 and File::Slurp 9999.19, see https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=74228 I don't have access to 5.10.0 but I think I've done this correctly.

Round trip simple name/value config file handling.

To install Config::NameValue, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Config::NameValue

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Config::NameValue
