Changes for version 1.15 - 2018-05-06

SECURITY
- Some calls to _ensure_auth() were previously incorrect, meaning that certain routes were not actually protected by the `auth` option. See PR #109 for full details. Any users of D::P::SimpleCRUD who use the auth option to require a login / certain roles to access it are urged to upgrade immediately. Also, sorry.

cpanm Dancer::Plugin::SimpleCRUD::ParamsObject
