Updates to handle changes in the NS&I site - now we can use their AJAXy checker, and get back JSON instead of screen-scraping

Perl extension to check Premium Bond holder's numbers

To install Finance::PremiumBonds, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Finance::PremiumBonds

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Finance::PremiumBonds
