ExtUtils-Install-2.08

Changes for version 2.08

Optimisations:
- use our instead of vars
- lazy load modules
- make OS variables into constants
- move some calculations out of a loop

install files from here to there

Inventory management of installed modules

manage .packlist files

in lib/ExtUtils/Install.pm

To install ExtUtils::Install, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm ExtUtils::Install

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install ExtUtils::Install
