History revision for DiCoP

This document details the complete changes from v3.01 onwards.

2006-06-14 (Server/Client v3.04)

        add ABSTRACT to Makefile.PL
        delete Dicop-Client from CPAN due to index issues, adapt README.client
        small POD fixes
        Fix undef warnings in Dicop::Data::Charset when viewing charsets
         with zero strings on some lengths (grouped)
        Make menu work on grouped, extract and dictionary charset pages
        require Dicop::Base 3.04 to fix the "empty ID" bug on adding objects
        ./setup: use Term::Readline
        ./setup: dont add user and group if they already exist

        rename Jobtype::extrafields to extra_fields for consistency

        add a SIGNATURE again (for CPAN release)
