You can use perldoc to read this document: perldoc README.win32.
Only the client is supposed to run under Windows. Please see the file README for general instructions.
The Win32 module is only able to get the name of the CPU, but not the speed of it. Thus the client will only transmit the CPU name, but not MHz infoermation to the server. This is uncritical, however.
