Listing the frequently asked questions about the UMLS-Similarity package.
Currently only path and Leacock & Chodorow (1998). We are in the process of adding the information content measures: Jiang & Conrath (1997), Resnik (1995) and Lin (1998).
The package has been run and tested using UMLS 2008AA. We have plans to make this compatable with earlier versions of the UMLS and do our best to ensure that the package remains updated for future versions.
