Fix bug when using CGI::Fast (reported by Yuji Maeda)
Clarify the SEND_COOKIE docs to mention that a cookie is only set if the session object is created during the request (Mark Stosberg)

Add CGI::Session support to CGI::Application

To install CGI::Application::Plugin::Session, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CGI::Application::Plugin::Session

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CGI::Application::Plugin::Session
