read/write features from UCSC BED format

read/write GFF feature files

read write features in GTF format

read features from InterPro XML

read/write features in PTT format

read/write features from NCBI vecscreen -f 3 output

To install Bio::FeatureIO, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Bio::FeatureIO

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Bio::FeatureIO
