Chrome::DevToolsProtocol::Transport - choose the best transport backend
Chrome::DevToolsProtocol::Transport->new()
my $ua = Chrome::DevToolsProtocol::Transport->new();
Creates a new instance of the transport using the "best" event loop for implementation. The default event loop is currently AnyEvent.
