Changes for version 0.004011 - 2014-07-25

  • Added 'normal', 'default', 'standard', etc. to colour translation
  • Added <CTRL-F> at start of faked input to defer next fake and insert real input (i.e. like <ESC> but doesn't throw away the line that was scheduled next)
