  • Apply changes from Nikolay Martynov
    • Add ->active/->waiting to examine number of tasks active and waiting
    • Add ability to pass provide an external condvar.
    • (Internal) change idle to postpone
    • Other minor fixes, mainly because the main maintainer was being a bit of a slob (Thank you, Nikolay!)
