Changes for version 0.05

Some more code esthetics tweaks. Added "silent" parameter. Made sure it works with 5.14.2 threaded and unthreaded.

make sure there is always one invocation of a script active

To install Sys::RunAlways, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Sys::RunAlways

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Sys::RunAlways
