include in the generated test the exact version of the plugin that generated the test

Generate a test that checks a new version has been assigned

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Test::NewVersion, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Test::NewVersion

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Test::NewVersion
