Better documentation for EU::MM and M::I Makefile.PLs
Deprecated reconf() in favour of autogen(). reconf() still works, but isn't documented anymore.
Added a Makefile.PL example for EU::MM.

Perl interface to GNU autoconf

To install ExtUtils::Autoconf, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm ExtUtils::Autoconf

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install ExtUtils::Autoconf
