Chart::Clicker::Decoration::Legend draws a legend on a Chart.
Set/Get this Legend's border.
Set/Get the font used for this legend's items.
Set/Get this Legend's insets.
Set/Get the padding for this legend's items.
Set/Get the layout manager for this lagend.
Defaults to Layout::Manager::Flow with an anchor of west and a wrap of 1.
