USAGE

Usage: MetaMapDataStructures.pl [OPTIONS] [OUTPUT FILE] [INPUT FILE]

File containing machine readable (-q) MetaMap mapped text

OUTPUT FILE

FILE

File containing exampel output

OPTIONS

Optional command line arguements

Options:

--help

Displays the quick summary of program options.

--version

Displays the version information.

--debug

Sets the debug flag on for testing
