This program provides an example of using the data structures in MetaMap::DataStructures
Usage: MetaMapDataStructures.pl [OPTIONS] [OUTPUT FILE] [INPUT FILE]
File containing machine readable (-q) MetaMap mapped text
File containing exampel output
Optional command line arguements
Displays the quick summary of program options.
Displays the version information.
Sets the debug flag on for testing
