Changes for version 0.4 - 2018-05-24

Removed prerequisite for Mime::Base64 and Cript::PBKDF2 and replaced by Crypt::KeyDerivation. Thanks to karel-m on github.

IPv6 / IPv4 address encryption to a valid address, for pseudo anonymization.

To install Net::Address::IP::Cipher, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::Address::IP::Cipher

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::Address::IP::Cipher
