Changes for version 0.2.7

make recv return heartbeats so that a single-threaded client can
heartbeat back. Make heartbeat rate limit to the set heartbeat interval so clients can call it with less concern.

interact with RabbitMQ over AMQP using librabbitmq

To install Net::RabbitMQ, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::RabbitMQ

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::RabbitMQ
