Take care of all file operations
Load plugins that are used both by the submitter and executor such as logging pluggins
Load hpc_plugins. PBS, Slurm, Web, etc.
Load job execution plugins
parse the opts from --plugin_opts
Make sure to pass plugins to job runner
To install HPC::Runner::Command, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
cpanm
cpanm HPC::Runner::Command
CPAN shell
perl -MCPAN -e shell install HPC::Runner::Command
