disable remot etsts by defautl. "export BROWSHOT_REMOTE_TESTS=1" to enable API tests.

To install WebService::Browshot, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm WebService::Browshot

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install WebService::Browshot
