removed "use MPE::CIvar" from t/test.t (module not actually used, but caused test to fail for users who did not have it installed)

Perl extension for calling Robelle Suprtool

To install MPE::Suprtool, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm MPE::Suprtool

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install MPE::Suprtool
