XML::Reader::Testcases - Testcontainer for XML::Reader.
Refactor/move the tests from XML::Reader out into this module XML::Reader::Testcases. The tests will later be called by the new modules XML::Reader::RS and by XML::Reader::PP.

To install XML::Reader, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
cpanm
cpanm XML::Reader
CPAN shell
perl -MCPAN -e shell install XML::Reader
