Changes for version 1.02 - 2003-02-20

fixed bug in encode(). encode() did not respect CDATA sections and would mangle them when encountered. now behaves properly (we hope) even when CDATA and #PCDATA are mixed together liberally

creates and updates RSS files

To install XML::RSS, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm XML::RSS

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install XML::RSS
