faiupdate - rebuild files table
This script should run nightly. Takes maybe 20 mins to run. This just populates the files table with locations and md5sums of files.
Later you can call faindexrun to actually index any files that do not have indexed info.
-c abs path to config file, default is /etc/faindex.conf
-d debug info on
faiupdate
