For global parameter setting for template.
A global original parameter can be added from the controller etc. by setting %param.
use Egg::View::Template::GlobalParam; %Egg::View::Template::GlobalParam::param= ( hoge => 'booo', zuuu => sub { 'banban' }, );
The content of the set parameter is returned.
